How to print fantasypros cheat sheet? ›

When you're editing or viewing your cheat sheet, you'll see a download icon and a print icon. Click on the corresponding option to perform your desired action.

Round 1, Picks 1-3: Draft a wide receiver or Christian McCaffrey. Anyone with the top overall pick should take McCaffrey with little hesitation. He scored over 100 more PPR points than any other running back last season and has the perfect combination of talent, opportunity and situation.

Wide receiver is the right first-round pick outside of 1.01: Christian McCaffrey is the right pick at 1.01, but a wide receiver is the way to go with any other first-round pick.

Group similar information into sections. Once you've identified all the information you need for your cheat sheet, organize that information into categories. You should group together similar pieces of information so the cheat sheet is easy to read. Scan the items on your list and see what information groups together.

It's possible to draft a winning team from anywhere in Round 1. The most successful fantasy teams each season don't tend to come from either end of the draft but more toward the middle. So you're generally best off trying to land a draft position somewhere from Pick 3 to Pick 10 in a 12-team league.

In those formats, players at the position go off the board much quicker, and the first round of many drafts will be dominated by QB selections. In superflex leagues, I usually aim to draft two starters in the first four rounds, as a loose plan.

When should I set my fantasy football lineup? ›

This one is pretty straightforward: Set your lineup before "Thursday Night Football" kicks off (usually 8:15 p.m. ET). Head to your team page, take a look at the injury designations and projected point totals, and select the players you want in your lineup for the week.

Week 1 of each NFL season takes place on the Thursday-Sunday-Monday stretch immediately after Labor Day weekend in September. However, for owners in fantasy football leagues, a draft or auction must happen before then to ensure a full season.
